I always loved painting but it seemed like a task. Laying out paints. Laying out the canvas/ sheets + tray + brushes + other stuff. But this kit made it 3x easy. I like the sketches that it comes with.. those aren't your usual generic sketches. The only thing is that the paint doesn't seem to be enough.. I've only started with a couple of paintings yet so let's see if the paint that they've given gets us through the entire sketchbook. It's also a great gift for someone who enjoys painting
