How long does Shipping take?
It generally takes us 5-7 working days to process your order once placed (Monday - Saturday). Once it is processed we will go ahead and ship out your order. Shipping times vary as we work with 3rd party logistics partners. We are not liable for any delays in delivery by the courier company/postal authorities but will help you track down a package through our partner courier services.
Cost of Shipping?
We provide Cash on Delivery payment option for a nominal fee of ₹100. COD available on orders below ₹3000.
Express Shipping?
Express Shipping available on Watercolour, Punch Needle and Diamond Painting Kits for a fee. Fee is calculated on shipping weight. Delivery Timeline for Express Shipping is 1-3 working days.
Are all products available for COD?
COD is not available on certain products like Paint by Number Jumbo Kits and Punch Needle Picture Frame, Tote Bag and Cushion Cover to first time customers.
