How Does it Work?

The Gift Card will be delivered via email to you or directly to the recipient. Each card comes with a unique code.
To redeem, simply choose the “Pay by Gift Card” option at checkout and enter the code. Your order will then be processed and shipped according to our standard timelines.
If there’s any remaining balance, it can be used on future purchases within the validity period in the same way.

Terms & Conditions

1. Gift Cards are valid for 12 months from the date of issue.
2. Gift Cards cannot be redeemed for cash, returned for a refund.
3. If your purchase exceeds the value of the gift card, balance must be paid by debit or credit card, UPI. No COD is accepted on gift card.
4. Multiple Gift Cards can not be clubbed in a single order.
5. This Gift Card can be redeemed online on www.craftmate.in
6. If the order value is less than the amount of the Gift Card, the outstanding balance (after deduction of order value) will reflect under the same Gift Card and can be used for subsequent transactions.
7. Gift card can purchased only on prepaid mode.
